NALMCO partners with many industry organizations to broaden the scope of credible information, certification and opportunities available to members.
Interior Lighting Campaign (ILC)
The Interior Lighting Campaign (ILC) is designed to help facility owners and managers take advantage of savings opportunities from high efficiency interior lighting solutions. NALMCO is one of the campaign organizers in this effort and supports the ILC Goal Progression Towards 3.5 Million Luminaires. With your projects and support, we can contribute to that goal and there are opportunities for recognition at the IES Annual convention. Learn more and participate.

Association of Energy Engineers
NALMCO and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) have partnered to allow their respective lighting certifications – the Certified Lighting Management Consultant® (CLMC®) and the Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP™) – to qualify for cross-over/reciprocal certification. NALMCO and the AEE have a long history of serving the needs of the lighting industry. These certification programs cover core lighting concepts and technologies that place lighting professionals at the forefront of the industry.
Dual Certification – Never Easier!
Once you earn one of these designations (either the CLMC from NALMCO or the CLEP from AEE), you may apply for the other organization’s certification credential without taking another exam.
Complete the Application for CLMC or CLEP Reciprocal Certification and submit with your CLEP certificate or CLMC letter and application fee. Once your certification has been verified, the reciprocal certification will be conferred upon you.
Obtaining both industry recognitions is an excellent opportunity to distinguish yourself in the highly-competitive lighting field.
