  • Convention registration fees are per person and include admission to all outlined Convention functions.
  • Please note that registration fees do not include hotel accommodations, airfares, golf or optional activities.
  • Guests and children must purchase a ticket to attend the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night reception. If a guest would like to attend educational sessions, lunches and participate in break activities a full registration is required.
  • Cancellations received on or prior to September 22, 2017, will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 22, 2017.
  • There are no refunds for no-shows.

If NALMCO cannot hold the 2017 Convention and Trade Show due to acts of God, war, government relations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities and other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a link to the Convention handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed Convention expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. NALMCO is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the Convention.
